Coaching & Consulting

Coaching has an advisory role but uses a different approach.
A coach gives self-development impetus and motivates you to identify your own solutions and accompanies the individual process. A consultant presents targeted solutions and makes recommendations for strategic implementation and optimisation.

Discretion

Discretion is one of the most important components of my client relationships. Authorities, organisations, companies, private industries and individuals attach great importance to it.
Therefore my portfolio will not be published.

Systemic Coaching

Systemic coaching is a solution-oriented method to support people by individual techniques in a holistic approach. The entire "system" will be considered and analyzed, whereby the focus can be on the environment, family, culture, the profession or in the social life.
In the context of personal development, there are not only the symptoms important to consider and to treat, but also the causes are essential to identify and to include. This procedural method creates a sustainable success.

Communication

'If I went back to college again, I'd concentrate on two areas learning to write and to speak before an audience. Nothing in life is more important than the ability to communicate effectively.'

Gerald R. Ford

Human Intelligence (HUMINT) describes the acquisition of information by the human source by means of targeted and strategic conversations and interrogation.
